Our staff strength presently comprises twenty (20) members. The key members of whom are: –

Mr. Bala Subramaniam is the founding member of the Firm. He is a member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He qualified as a certified public accountant in 1983 and commenced practice in 1988. Mr Bala trained with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co as it was known then. He has had a vast and varied experience in accountancy including corporate restructuring, listing exercises and management consultancy. He is also a Fellow of the Australian CPA

Ms. Mano-ranjitham is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has over twenty years of work experience in areas of auditing, accounting, taxation and management consultancy. Presently she leads the secretarial and accounting practice of the Firm.

Mr. Phuah Cheng Sun is an engineer by training and has been with us since 1999.  Mr Phuah specialises in management consultancy and financial planning. His is presently active in the area of teaching awareness for the need to acquire and to be literate in financial matters. Towards this end, he conducts training through seminars, workshops and forums apart from liaising with clients and assisting the accounting and management information division of the firm.

Mr. Jaya Kumaar obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in engineering majoring in Environmental Engineering from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. Mr. Jaya Kumaar has more than ten (13) years of experience in auditing, taxation, management accounting and financial accounting and control functions. Prior to joining RBS in 2007, Mr. Jaya Kumaar was the Team Leader for the Malaysia and Singapore Financial Accounting and Control function in BP, Asia Pacific, Malaysia.  Mr. Jaya Kumaar trained with KPMG (Chartered Accountants) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He qualified in 2003 and left KPMG in 2003. Presently, he heads the consultancy division of the Firm.
